We want you to order with confidence. That’s why every compatible filter we sell is backed by our compatibility guarantee.
What the guarantee means
If your filter code matches one of the codes listed on the product page, and the filter still does not fit or seat correctly in your refrigerator, we will help you resolve it — by identifying the correct replacement or arranging a return or replacement of the item.
How to use it
- Email hello@fridgefilterkits.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the filter code, and your refrigerator model number.
- Tell us what happened (for example, the filter doesn’t lock in or leaks).
We’ll respond within one business day with the next step.
What’s covered
- The filter doesn’t physically fit despite matching the listed code.
- You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
What’s not covered
- Ordering a code that does not match your refrigerator (we’re still happy to help you exchange an unused, unopened item).
- Normal filter wear after use, or issues caused by improper installation.
- Performance expectations beyond general carbon filtration (see our Disclaimer).
