Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including most US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) from our United States fulfillment center. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees; actual transit times may vary.

Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. You can also reach us at hello@fridgefilterkits.com for an update.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We’re not able to redirect packages once shipped, and we’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carrier delays caused by weather, customs or other factors outside our control are unfortunately not something we can guarantee against. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@fridgefilterkits.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it — see also our Returns & Refunds policy.
