30-day returns, wrong-fit help, and straightforward refunds.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

30-day returns

You may return unused, unopened filters in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email hello@fridgefilterkits.com with your order number.

Wrong fit

If a filter doesn’t fit even though the code matches what’s listed on the product page, contact us — our Compatibility Guarantee applies and we’ll help you find the right replacement or arrange a return.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping where applicable.

Items we can’t accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of filters that have been opened, installed or used, unless the item is defective. Please don’t open the sealed filter packaging until you’ve confirmed it’s the correct one.

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a wrong-fit/defective claim), we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different filter is to return the unused item for a refund and place a new order for the correct one. We’ll gladly help you identify it first.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, the standard return process applies.

How to start a return or refund

  1. Email hello@fridgefilterkits.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with return instructions or resolve it directly.
  3. Send the unused item back (if required) and we’ll process your refund.
